Instagram Page Manager Role

As part of the Youngstown Tech Initiative, or YTI for short, we're opening an opportunity for a Youngstown area resident to become an Instagram page manager.
We provide the training & you can take it anywhere.
RunningH20 is beginning to set up operations in Youngstown, and one of our first roles will be for a part time Instagram Page Manager. The duties involve managing scheduled posts as part of a team that will handle activity on the Instagram account of one of our native endeavors. You'll be provided with all of the media assets and content, but you'll be responsible for hash tag research and optimal posting times. You'll also be afforded post-management tools, including proprietary post management tools as well as third party applications. Training will be provided, and there will be an opportunity for growth, as well as further education in the Web and Digital field. The pay is $15/hour with an average of 10 hours per week to begin with. The probabtionary phase will be 2-weeks. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor with an innovative and Web-oriented company with global operations that is seeking to establish a presence in the Youngstown area.

Purpose Of This Role

Focus On An Instagram Account Of One Of Our Endeavors

RunningH20 produces businesses internally which need to have a strong and consistent Social Media presence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the page will be active, vibrant, and engaging in order to facilitate its growth. You'll be given the assets, tools, and training to make this happen.

You will need to be familiar with the Instagram platform already. You'll need either an Android phone or an iPhone, as well as a desktop/laptop computer (or reliable access to one).

You will be given full training on how to understand Instagram's algorithms for ranking posts/content, about the seperate content types and their importance, posting times, content/caption importance, and content objectives.

Decent Pay

This role is a contract-to-hire role and is paying $15/hour, with 10 hours average minimum. It could be more, but will rarely be less.
